Hi Joan. Is so good to read about Convent schools. I am also a former CBNer, from Primary 1 to Form 6. I try to repay back the love and guidance I received while in school by being part of the CBN Alumni. If you like to reach out to us, we are here https://www.cbnalumni.org/. Would b great to connect. Keep safe. Once a CBNer, Always a CBNer.
Yes, indeed - Convent Bukit Nanas lives always in my heart and I do keep up with its activities through a special CBN chat group which I am part of. In fact one of our chat group members Suhaila Shamsuddin is a member of the CBN Alumni. It's wonderful that you continue to help CBN with the Alumni. I will never forget the lovely 120th Anniversary party at the ballroom in Kuala Lumpur with the school band playing and all the hundreds of old girls and teachers standing up joyfully and proudly - to sing the school song !
Loved reading the article and the photo of Ms. Molly Foo brought so much memories back. Thank you for sharing. I loved CLS and always tried to live up to the motto and values taught. Still visit the school every time I am in Penang. Fond memories, forever cherished.
