Her Newsletter is an undisguised declaration of Joan’s faith and her personal journey which has been a transcending and spirit-led story of love. She is totally captivated by her encounter with God.

So, in each persuasive and endearing weekly article, Joan and her special guests share this transformative joy with the reader. Joan says that, in the second year of this unending global pandemic, we yearn for solace and a deeper understanding of ourselves. Surely, at no point in our lives is faith more essential than now.

Joan was a former lawyer who lived and worked in Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York. She now lives in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur publishing and writing books. Joan’s large and remarkable network of friends across the world, some of whom will be Smitten By Faith’s Special Guests, have come together with Joan to share their thoughts on faith - through words, art or photography. Additionally, from time to time, Joan will also feature some of the 80 Millennials from 42 countries from her best-selling book ‘Millennials Meet Mary; the Extraordinary Life of a Universal Woman’ – all accomplished, articulate, young and caring, delighting us with their fresh hearts and innovative minds.
